Delivery
We use a courier company and the Post Office to deliver. All UK deliveries will be made during the day and will require a signature - please ensure that you state the delivery address for each order you place (we can deliver to work, or an alternative address if requested).
We will attempt to leave the goods with a neighbour if you are unavailable; if you wish us to leave the parcel without a signature please specify this at the time of ordering - parcels left without a signature are left at the customers own risk.
All Deliveries are made Monday - Friday only between 8am - 6pm.

For standard UK delivery please allow 2 - 7 working days for in stock items (add a further 7 days for cheque orders). Please allow up to 28 days for items not in stock.
Non - UK
The following times are approx. not guaranteed, and are a guideline only. If you are ordering from outside the UK or are requesting delivery to an address outside the UK your order may be subject to import duties relevant to that country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Next day delivery (UK mainland only)
Your delivery will be made the next working day between 8am - 6pm.
Next day orders can only be placed by phone - we cannot accept next day orders by post, fax or email unless previously arranged. For security reasons we are unable to offer a Next Day service to customers placing their first order.
