I think that they are a good fit, they say that they need to be a snug fit as the boots moulds to your foot and that sheepskin lining flattens after wear, I am normally a size 9 the size 9 fits perfectly.
I love them they really are worth the money.

Does anyone know if these come up big or small?

Does anyone know how high these boots reach on your lower leg? I wish they were shorter..

Very expensive, but the qaulity is sooooo much better than some of the cheap high street imatations. Really comfy; you have to see them to appreciate how well made they are.
